Our friendly and efficient Admin team are available 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday, and 9 am to 12 noon on Saturdays to help make this side of things as easy as possible. Feel free to call and ask any questions. We will do our best to find an appointment for you on a preferred day and time, keeping in mind before and after school session times are very popular.
You can find us at Apollo Suites, Unit 4/7 Apollo Rd Bulimba. While the official address is 4/7 Apollo Rd, our office is actually situated on Hood Street, just off Apollo Rd. We have a dedicated car park on site, plus street parking is available directly in front of the clinic in Hood Street. We are 400 metres from Oxford Street Bulimba, 700 metres from the Bulimba Apollo Rd Ferry terminal and 5 km from the Gateway motorway.
We are mindful of, and responsive to Government guidelines regarding Covid 19. We are careful to wipe down high contact areas regularly and clean equipment before client use. We ask that social distancing protocols be followed in the reception area and also during sessions. We provide hand sanitiser to all who attend. Zoom sessions are available. While a Zoom session may not be as effective with young children, or with children with a disability, it can still be helpful. Sometimes these sessions are more focused on parent needs. Please advise when confirming your session if you prefer a Zoom consult, as we would appreciate at least 24 hrs notice to prepare.
